Fully automatie gear press
This equipment is used for automatic press mounting of gear bearings.
A. The main components of the equipment:
Gear centrifugal plate loading mechanism, bearing vibration plate loading mechanism, bearing vibration plate loading mechanism, multi-station turntable, servo pressing system human-computer interaction system, good and defective product sorting mechanism, safety protection system and other parts composition.
B. Work flow of fully automatic gear press machine:
1)Gear feeding:
The gears are fed by a centrifugal disc which effectively avoids collision and scratching of the product surface. After the detected materials are in place, the material distribution mechanism lifts the gear and positions it for a second time. Aut omatically detect the front and back of the gear, take out the gear by the rotating clamping claw, and send the front of the gear upward to the turntable fixture according to the detection signal feedback.
2)Bearing feeding:
The bearing is fed by a vibrating plate, and is fed by a direct vibration go to the loading mechanism, After the detected materials are in place, the material distribution mechanism lifts the bearing and positions it for a second time. Use CCD to detect the characters on the bearing to distinguish the front and back sides, take out the bearing with the rotating clamping jaw, and send the bearing front side upward to the turntable jig according tothe detection signal feedback.
3)The servo press machine presses the bearing into the inner hole of the gear. The press-fitting program automatically determines whether the product is OK/NG.
4)Finished product unloading:
According to the OK/NG product signal fed back by the servo press machine, and sorts them into the OK/NG product hopper, and the above cydles in sequence. The entire [process takes 4 seconds.
C.Equipment advantages:
1)The pressing station adopts servo pressing machine for pressing.
The equipment has high precision:
displacement accuracy ±0.01mm, pressure accuracy 0.5% FS. Various press-fitting modes:
optional pressure control, position control, and multi-stage control. Different operating speeds can be set for each pressing step, and the pressing can be stopped at the set force or displacement.
2)There are pressure and displacement curves of the entire process. The press-fitting software is equipped with an envelope judgment function, and the product load range or displacement range can be set according to requirements. If the real-time data is not within the range, the equipment will automatfically alarm and identify defective products 100% in real time to achieve online quality control.
3)The pressing software collects, analyzes, records and saves the pressing data in real time, and the data collection frequengy is as high as 1000times/second. It is more convenient to store and upload press-fitting data, and realize the traceability of product press-fitting data. It can use 485 communication, Ethernet communication, or connect to MES system to realize intelligent production management.
4)All tooling fixtures adopt a universal design and are compatilble with the assembly of multiple products.
